Cancellation Policy

We expect and assume this commitment from you: that you will come prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to succeed; do what you need to do to understand the plan and recommendation; take full responsibility for your plan and its implementation; take the action required to meet your goals; and contact us when you need additional advice and direction. Media Consent: By booking this service, you acknowledge and consent that sessions, calls, workshops, meetings, or related interactions may be recorded, photographed, or captured in audio and/or video format. Hello Breakthrough, LLC and Breakthrough Bestie may use portions of these recordings, including your voice, image, likeness, comments, or participation, for promotional, marketing, educational, advertising, and social media purposes. If you do not wish for your image, voice, video, or likeness to be used for these purposes, you must submit your request in writing to info@hellobreakthrough.com at least 7 days prior to your scheduled service or appointment. Opting out of promotional usage does not guarantee that recording will not occur for operational, quality assurance, training, or internal business purposes. Termination clause: Your plan is scheduled to terminate on the last day of the ninth month of your plan. We will make every attempt to work with you to reschedule appointments within 7 days of your original date. Failure to adhere to the policies in this agreement or a lack of response with your financial coach will be considered a breach in this agreement, resulting in a termination of your partnership with Hello Breakthrough, LLC. All payments due and payable prior to termination have accrued, must be paid in full, and are non-refundable. Upon termination of this Agreement, fees that are due and payable during the notice period still accrue and must be paid. Payments due to Hello Breakthrough, LLC after the termination is in effect will not accrue.
